The Fukuoka City Child Rearing Support Concierge is a specialist counselor who takes inquiries from parents. After listening to the wishes and working conditions of the household, the Concierge offers information and suggests options for education, childcare services and other services that may meet each family's needs.
The Concierge also provides follow-up services such as offering information to households unable to enroll in childcare centers and checking in on their situations.

Consultation Description

We offer counseling on the overall use of educational and childcare services (such as nursery schools, kindergartens, preschools, hourly childcare, unlicensed childcare facilities, sick child daycare, and the Family Support Center).
