The Family and Child Consultation Offices of each ward's Child Rearing Support Section are close at hand for residents to receive counseling related to children, family problems, and how to become independent as single-parent families.

Children's Advisory Center "Egao-Kan"

For various issues related to children, Egao-Kan offers comprehensive and specialized counseling and support from the fields of health, welfare, and education for children between the ages of 0 and 20 years and their guardians.
Please do not hesitate to contact us if you don't know where to seek advice concerning your child.
Children themselves may also seek advice.

For families with concerns on child rearing, developmental or disability issues, we provide counseling on holidays and evenings. An appointment must be made in advance for in-person consultation.
