Search for subsidies and support

In order to promote the creation of a residential environment conducive to child-rearing, as well as to ease the financial burden, a subsidy is provided to cover part of the initial costs associated with changing the residence of a household raising children.

Households with children under the age of 18 and/or who are expecting, moving from private rental housing outside Fukuoka City to private rental housing within the city, or to an existing home they have purchased
*Other requirements include income, square footage, and rent

One-half of the total subsidized expenses (the purchase of an existing house, key money, brokerage fees, and moving expenses) (for a maximum of 150,000 yen)
*The maximum amount will be increased by 50,000 yen for households living with or near their parents and households with multiple children.

From April 1, 2022 to February 28, 2023
